Product Purchasing

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days from the date of shipment. No returns on electrical parts, wheels, tires, or custom orders.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  Items not legal for use on highways must be used for off road or race purposes only. Customers must check with local and state laws regarding the legality of such items.  Customer accepts all liabilities & risks by purchasing these items & acknowledges that 3Werks LLC has stated that said parts should not be used on public roads. 3Werks LLC is not liable for the installation of sold parts.

Services Rendered

All services scheduled must be confirmed via a 3werks.com email address.  For any cancellations 3Werks must be notified before 8pm the day prior to scheduled service otherwise there will be a surcharge equal to 20% of the service that was scheduled to be rendered.  Cancellations must be given by emailing sales@3werks.com or by phone (919.386.0327) which will have the time stamp on any messages left.  Payment for services rendered are due in full at time of service completion unless arrangements are made between the customer and 3Werks, LLC prior to vehicle delivery.  Unpaid invoices are subject to late fees as well as other charges that may apply.  A late fee of 5% of the unpaid balance amount will be applied to every 30 days following the invoice date.  Invoices paid within 30 days from the invoice date will not incur any late fees.

3Werks will store any parts left behind from services rendered (or other reasons) for up to the storage limit of 30 days.  Any parts, products or personal items left in the possession of 3Werks, LLC exceeding the storage limit of 30 days will become the property of 3Werks, LLC to be sold or disposed of.  It is not the responsibility of 3Werks to insure you have your parts, products, or personal items that may be left behind.  We will offer to store items temporarily, but no more than our storage limit of 30 days.
